I am not an Instructor with the American Safety and Health Institute, can I still become a National Affiliate Instructor?

All National Affiliate Instructors must hold current ASHI Instructor credentials. SafeTec Training Services can assist you in becoming an ASHI Instructor.

May I still do work for myself while working for SafeTec Training Services?

Yes, there are no limitations on the training you or your company can do.

While working as a National Affiliate Instructor may I use my company name?

No, as written in the Agreement of Affiliation, no National Affiliate Instructor may solicit any client of SafeTec Training Services.

Will federal taxes be withheld from checks that are issued to National Affiliate Instructors?

|
No, it is the responsibility of each National Affiliate Instructor to file all applicable taxes. National Affiliate Instructors will be able to view year to date invoice totals 24 hours per day using our Instructors Only section.

|
Will I be considered an employee of SafeTec Training Services?
|
|
No, National Affiliate Instructors are used on a contractor basis.
